The Optimized Workflow:

Pre-Bonding Station (Left):

1. IC Loading: The IC reel automatically moves to the pick-up position. The pre-bonding head then descends to吸附 the IC.
2. IC Alignment: The head moves to the CCD camera for automatic visual alignment and correction.
3. Panel Placement: The operator manually places the ACF-attached panel onto the platform and activates the vacuum.
4. Manual Alignment: The operator performs precise visual alignment of the IC to the panel marks on the monitor.
5. Automated Bonding: Once aligned, the operator presses the dual start buttons, and the machine automatically initiates the pre-bonding cycle.

Main Bonding Station (Right):

1. Panel Placement: The operator places the pre-bonded panel onto the main bonding platform and activates the vacuum.
2. Automated Bonding: The operator presses the dual start buttons, and the machine automatically performs the main bonding cycle.
3. Completion: The head retracts, the buffer material advances, and the operator removes the finished product.
