1-7inch Fully Automatic COF punching machine OL-C006

This equipment is an offline automatic COF punching and cutting machine. It uses manual winding of materials and installation of material strips. Mechanical vision automatically corrects and punches the COF, and the cutting assembly line automatically sends the COF out of the equipment. The punching and cutting of COF strips are automatically completed by the equipment, and the equipment automatically recognizes whether there is IC on the COF before punching and cutting. The equipment can continuously and automatically cut or set the quantity for quantitative cutting.

This equipment is mainly used for punching and cutting high-quality COF from the entire roll of material, and sending it out to the equipment for manual removal or connecting with downstream equipment, and sending it to downstream equipment.

1. The equipment is controlled by PLC for movement, and the high accuracy servo motor controls the belt length, ensuring precise positioning;
2. The equipment president adopts mold design, and when changing product models, changing the metal mold can replace different products;
