Overview: This device is a medium-sized fully automatic FOG (fpc on glass) bonding machine, which realizes the entire process from ACF attachment, FPC pre pressing, and FPC main pressing. The LCD adopts visual correction, and the robotic arm adopts a linear motor transportation design. The equipment automatically transports the LCD, and the left and right are platforms for feeding and discharging. It can continuously bond multiple pieces of a single model to meet the full process of 1-4 FPC bonding processes.
