This equipment is a dual station Pre and Main Bonding all-in-one machine, with left station Pre Bonding and right station Main Bonding.
The left workstation is a manual pulse Pre Bonding machine for down alignment, which is a device used to connect FPC, COF, or zebra paper on a panel that has already been attached with a conductive film (ACF) for alignment and Pre Bonding. The removal and alignment of the panel are manually completed, while Bonding is automatically completed by the device.
The right workstation is a manual Main Bonding machine, which is a device that performs Main Bonding on glass or flexible displays that have already been pre Bonded with IC, FPC, COF, or zebra paper. The product is manually picked and placed, and the device automatically bonding.

The left workstation of this device meets the alignment and Pre Bonding requirements for high accuracy COF to TFT-LCD, OLED-LCD, ON-CELL, IN-CELL, and flexible OLED. The right workstation is mainly used for Main Bonding alignment between COF and FPC, mainly for COF repair and small batch production.
