ACF bonding machine Overview
The OL-A003 from Shenzhen Oulian Automation is a cost-effective, manual-load ACF bonding solution that bridges the gap between fully manual processes and high-volume automation. Operators manually place and remove LCD, FPC, or PCB panels on a vacuum-assisted 200 mm × 210 mm work stage, while the machine automatically executes precision heat pressing, ACF feeding, and semi-cutting.

ACF bonding machine Process Flow
- Operator manually places the Panel on the vacuum work stage.
- Press the vacuum button to secure the Panel.
- Press both start buttons; the stage advances to the bonding position.
- The heat bonding head descends and bonds the ACF to the Panel.
- Upon timer completion, the head rises and the peeling mechanism strips the ACF.
- The stage retracts to the loading position; ACF feeds and cuts automatically.
- Operator removes the finished product.
