Three heads double sides FOG mainbonding machine OL-F008

This equip is manuel heating pressing machine.The equipment is positioning and bonding CPF on ACF well attached panel. Panel taken and positioning is manuel, bonding is automatic. Applied for 1-7″ glass screen or flexiable screen heating pressing.

This equipment mainly used for glasses with double sides PFC, like domestic produced Apple TP, capacitive touch screen, etc. Could heat FPC by doule heads one time.

1. Pentatonic control system, control equipment actions;
2. SMC precision pressure control system, press adjustment more accuracy;
3. Constant heating, and Korea AUTONICS controller makes precious temperature control.
4.. Double sides FPC heating at the same timer, improved capacity and yield.
5. Platform lifting to avoid the high temperature of the press head to the FPC repeated heating.
6. Add to 3 press heads, improve capacity per time.
