This equip is single station upper and down positioning manuel heating pressing machine.The equipment is positioning and pre-bonding CPF, XOF or paper on ACF well attached panel. Panel taken and positioning is manuel, bonding is automatic. Applied for 1-7″ glass screen or flexiable screen heating pressing.

This equipment could meet high accuracy COF TO TFT-LCD, OLED-LCD、ON-CELL、IN-CELL and Flexiable OLED positioning and pre-bonding, applied for COF repair and small pieces manufacture.

1. Pentatonic control system, control equipment actions;
2. SMC precision pressure control system, press adjustment more accuracy;
3. Constant heating, and Korea AUTONICS controller makes precious temperature control.
4. Up and down video could be switched by TP.
5. Using High-precision imaging unit, the magnification number could be increased to nearly 20 times;
6. Small size with strong functions, occupy small places.
