Single side multi-segment ACF-Attaching Machine OL-A002

This equipment is single segment ACF Bonding machine. Could bonding ACF to LCD/FPC. LCD and FPC were taken and put by manual; heating, cutting and length control are operated automaticly.

This equipment are mainly used on glass, PCB or FPC attaching ACF. The equipment could attach multi positions once booted.

1.Panasonic control system, high accuracy stepper motor controls working length.
2.Starting models: Double key, single key, vocumme and cycle automatic booting for option.
3.Half cutting ( only cut ACF, not cut centrifugal membrane. Cutting deeper and position could be adjusted.
4. The position of each segment could be set
