This device is a manual Main Bonding machine that performs Main Bonding on glass or flexible displays that have been pre bonded with IC, FPC, or COF. The product is manually picked and placed, and the device automatically bonding.

This device meets the requirements of high accuracy IC or COF to TFT-LCD, OLED-LCD, ON-CELL, IN-CELL, and flexible OLED Main Bonding, mainly used for mass production of IC or COF.

1. Adopting Panasonic control system to control equipment actions;
2. Adopting SMC precision pressure regulation control system for more precise pressure regulation;
3. Accurate temperature control is achieved using the Constant temperature heating method and the South Korean AUTONICS temperature controller.
4. The upper and lower bonding heads are made of high-density ceramic materials to better ensure the flatness of the bonding surface.
5. Servo control for the up and down movement of the bonding head, with more precise position and controllable pressing speed. The pressing speed can be easily changed according to actual needs (the speed when contacting the product);
6. Due to the non action of the cylinder, ensuring a more stable pressure, the bonding head can output stable pressure as soon as it comes into contact with the product surface;
7. It can achieve a pause in the middle when pressing down, and the pause time can be changed according to needs, which has an ideal effect on changing COF expansion.
8. A pressure regulation system composed of SMC precision pressure regulating valve and Fujikura cylinder, achieving precise pressure regulation.
