Full-automatic Grinding -Polarizer laminating produce line

This line is composed of automatic feeding machine, grinding and cleaning machine and polarizer laminating, It adopts blister disc feeding method. Before polarizer laminating ,the product is ground, cleaned and air dried. It is applicable to laminating of various soft-to-hard and soft-to-soft materials. It can be used for the attaching process of LCD industry granular polarizer diaphragm and Panel, T/P industry OCA and Panel and other products.

Product types: Square screens (including waterdrop screens, bangs screens, and other R-angle products) and circular wearable products require special customization
Size of blister disc: ≤ 500mm×400mm
Blister disc capacity: Height 280mm
Polarizer size: Max.160mm×100mm Min.20mm×15mm （Min size 23.4mm×12.9mm）
Thickness of Polarizer: 0.06mm～1.0mm

Laminating accuracy: X 、Y 、Z、±0.15mm(Excluding product tolerances）
