Double stations Up and Down Position Plate form fixed Pulse Machine OL-FP005

This equipment is single station up and down positioning. The equipment is positioning and pre-bonding CPF, XOF or paper on ACF well attached panel. Panel taken and positioning is manuel, bonding is automatic. Applied for 1-7″ glass screen or flexiable screen heating presssing.

This equipmenbt could meet high accuracy COF TO TFT-LCD, OLED-LCD、ON-CELL、IN-CELL and Flexiable OLED positioning and pre-bonding, applied for COF repair and small pieces manufacture.

1. Using High-precision imaging unit, the down camera magnification number could be increased to nearly 300 times;the upper camera magnification number could be increased to nearly 300 times, highly improved positioning accuracy.
2. Add the manual room temperature prepressure function to solve the COF bending problem;
3. The use of upper and lower light source is used for alignment to make the alignment process clearer.
4. Using upper and down positioning, suitable for kinds of FPC and COF positioning and mian boading.
