This equip is manuel heating pressing machine.The equipment is positioning and bonding CPF on ACF well attached panel. Panel taken and positioning is manuel, bonding is automatic. Applied for 1-7″ glass screen or flexiable screen heating pressing.

This equipment for LCD and FPC, TAB, PCB and FPC, TAB processing. Widely used for Apple, Samsung’s screen FPC and Iphone X, Iphone X-R and other TP heating press.

1. Pentatonic control system, control equipment actions;
2. SMC precision pressure control system, press adjustment more accuracy;
3. Constant heating, and Korea AUTONICS controller makes precious temperature control.
4. The height of pressing head is controlled by servo motor.
5. Since cylinder doesn’t move, the press could be fixed very fast when press head pressing.
