Overview
The OL-EC2000 and OL-ECT2000 are advanced automatic terminal cleaning machines designed for efficient cleaning of LCDs and other components. The OL-EC2000 is tailored for bilateral terminal double-sided cleaning, while the OL-ECT2000 is specialized for unilateral terminal single-sided cleaning. Both models offer high – precision cleaning solutions and can be integrated with other equipment for seamless production processes.
Working Principle
Process Flow:
Manually place the LCD onto the platform/conveyor.
Mechanical arm transports the LCD to the CCD correction station.
Another mechanical arm moves the LCD to the wiping platform.
The wiping platform transfers the LCD to the cleaning head for cleaning.
After cleaning, a second mechanical arm takes the LCD to the PLASMA platform for further cleaning.
Finally, the LCD is transported to the discharge station.
